While Farming At age seventeen I was also foreman over Drier Industries at Michigan Tube swagers and Fabricators inc.
My Welding and Fabricating capabilities took me to the Trash hauling industry where I partnered with Catalina Sunshine sanitation that we sold to united waste and waste management to where I am today

Eric Skinner ~ Director of Veteran Operations and Security Employment
Eric Walter Skinner

Staff Sergeant in the United States Army with 12 years Hands on experience working with and training Soldiers, over 20 years of Security experience 5 of those years working with K-9’s. He is currently the Co-founder (CFO) of “Hearts of Freedom” a group Created by him and his Wife Carolina Skinner (CEO), to Assist Homeless (Misplaced) Veterans, in Transitional Long-Term Housing, Job placement, PTSD Issues and Social Skill Development programs designed to reintegrate Veterans back into a Meaningful Career. Eric and Carolina Skinner came up with this Idea after Eric’ left the Wounded Warrior Center in Afghanistan. He was given the news that his Military Career may be cut short due to a prior injury, he sustained. He weighed his options and thought of all the Homeless Veterans he used to see as a child sleeping on the Capital Steps in Washington D.C. He just wanted to somehow change the way all Veterans of every Era, have been forgotten, mistreated in our society. He and his Wife discussed this and came up with the Idea of “Hearts of Freedom”.
Their Motto is:
“GIVE BACK TO THOSE WHO GAVE US OURS! FREEDOM.
His Military and Civilian Education include Basic Training (Soldier Leader of the Cycle) Primary Leadership Development Course, Advanced Leaders Course (Commandants List), Senior Leaders Course (Commandants List), Certified by the International Society of Logistics as a Demonstrated Senior Logistician, Certified Equal Opportunity Leader, Contract Officer Representative, Combat Life Saver, Hazmat Certifier Tech Trans an Ammunition, Unit Victim Advocate School and Sling Load Certifier. He has earned a Certification from the El Paso Security Academy, and he is currently perusing his Bachelors in Business Management.

Commander Herbster has 11 years’ experience in the security and management field. He Has been working in the security / management field since 2001. I have been trained in multiple areas, such as: Staff management and crime prevention. Supervised and trained multiple personnel, and have been trained in handguns as an Armed Guard.
Commander Herbster has possessed multiple Arizona DPS Armed Guard cards.
He is an instructors instructor in the following areas, Drug enforcement, handcuffing, arrest reports, patrol tactics, baton / ASP, and soon to be Taser certified instructor.
I’ve gained a strong reputation and diverse contact with law enforcement personnel and agencies. I’ve demonstrated my ability to handle crisis. I am a leader with a firm but fair attitude.
